At Q-dance Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unworn condition. Please note that certain exclusive event merchandise and sale items may be subject to final sale policies.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original state.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
